The IT Excellence Award is a professional
initiative of the Hong Kong Computer Society. Since 1998,
the award scheme has become an annual event which brings
significant recognition to excellent IT applications and
innovative IT technologies. The presentation ceremony
was held on October 19, 2005 and was officiated by Mr.
Francis Ho, JP, the Permanent Secretary for Commerce,
Industry and Technology, HK Government SAR. It was the
honour of BroadLearning to receive the prize presented
by Professor Lawrence J. Lau, the Vice-Chancellor of the
Chinese University of Hong Kong. Professor Lau remarked
eClass as an all-in-one educational solution in education.
