To expand the availability of its training program to registered candidates, the National Certification of Informatization Engineer (NCIE) Examination Centre (http://www.ncie.gov.cn) has embarked upon a distance education program for its IT certifications. BroadLearning has powered NCIE distance education platform with its advanced eClass technology. The platform was launched and opened to public on 19 January 2004.
