	Dr. CHENG Y.Y. Charles Chairman and Chief Executive Officer PhD. in CSIS, MEd. in Computer in Education, PGCE, and BSc in Computer Science and Physics

Charles is the founder of the Company. He is an educational professional with a passion for maximizing the pedagogical potentials of the Internet for education. Having an early vision of the need for an open standard platform, he initiated eClass. Charles is also a competent system designer and developer. Before establishing the Company, he worked at HKU and HKUST, in charge of projects related to virtual learning and learning resources center for School of Business. He has been giving presentations and papers in local and international conferences, and published articles in the area of online learning.

	Mr. LAM M.C. Clement Director and Chief Operating Officer BSSc in Economics

Clement is the co-founder of the Company. He has solid experience in direct investment, corporate finance and sales & marketing in the Greater China region. He was Director of an investment company and responsible for marketing and monitoring the investment projects in China, HK and Taiwan. Clement has a keen interest in educational services and coordinating fund-raising campaigns, such as Action Spark, and was the co-founder of a nationwide charity project helping build up more than 150 distant learning centers in rural communities in China.

	Mr. LAU M.K. Vincent Director and Chief Technology Officer PhD Candidate in CS, BSc in Computer Science

Vincent has rich work experience in the IT field and software development. He previously worked at the Headquarter of Microsoft Corp. in U.S. for the development of Chinese Windows. He then established Q9 Information Technology Limited, now a listed company in HKGEM. Vincent was elected the first Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Digi Young Person. For the past ten years, his products were awarded many important IT prizes including the Innovation Gold Award of the first HK I.T. Excellence Award.

	Ms LOR W.S. Winnie Director and eLearning Consultant MA in Applied Linguistics, PG Dip in ESL, PGCE, BA

Winnie has a strong background in language education. She previously worked at HKU, teaching English and Business Communication courses, and was responsible for research projects. Besides developing web-based learning materials, Winnie has worked on teacher training programs and web-based learning projects commissioned by EMB and institutions. She was a subject coordinator of a B.Ed. Program at HKBU and is currently a part-time lecturer at CUHK.

	Mr. CHIU C.K. Andrew Director and Chief Finance Officer BBA in Finance

Andrew has extensive experience in investment and corporate finance. He was Senior Manager of the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange of HK Ltd., and a senior financial consultant for institutional and high net worth clients of reputable firms in the States. Andrew has been Director of an investment bank and is a registered investment adviser with HKSFC, a full registration representative with SEC and NASD, and a full member of HKSI.

	Ms XU Jian Qiu Director and Deputy General Manager LLM in Laws

Jian Qiu is a professional lawyer in practice under P.R.C. Laws and has obtained more than 10 years of work experience in the department of the central government and in the field of legal practice. She has practiced in a Hong Kong solicitors firm for half a year in 1995. She later continued her professional practice in Beijing. She is also a partner of Zhong Ru Law Firm in Beijing.
